How do I become a CA(SA)?
To qualify as a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), take Maths & Accounting in Grade 10–12, aim for 60%+ in Maths, then a CTA-accredited BCom at a SAICA university.

The founder of CursivoEd

The Founder

Mahlatse Lebelo

I’m training to become a CA(SA), and I built CursivoEd because it’s the guidance I wish I’d had when I was in school.

I grew up in Lebowakgomo, Limpopo, and went to school in Polokwane. Even with the opportunities I had, the things that shaped my path, like which careers were really out there, what they asked of me, and how to get the funding to pursue them, were never obvious or easy to find.

CursivoEd is my answer to that. It walks a learner through their whole journey, from Grade 7 to matric, helping them choose subjects, explore careers with honest AI guidance, work out their APS against real university requirements, and find bursaries and TVET pathways that actually fit. The lessons need data to be generated, but are accessible offline afterwards.

No learner’s future should be limited by where they’re from. CursivoEd is how I’m working to change that.
